The Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) Grauate Programme has helped Shetland Aerogenerators Ltd (SAL) welcome two graduates over the past three years to focus on projects from energy storage and grid services to education and community engagement. Both graduates have gone on to become full time employees and continue to be part of the SAL development team.
